I would like to know which species this is
It concerns this observation
https://observation.org/waarneming/view/163086455
Macropsis spec. observed at 2018-06-30 BRD - Cham (Landkreis)

Perhaps Macropsis fuscula?
Unfortunately I don´t know the foodplant. But in the location there grew Rubus idaeus and isoliert Salix caprea and Salix cinerea.

Identifying Macropsis-species without the hostplant is really difficult and sometimes impossible. In this case, I am pretty sure that it is Macropsis fuscula (living on Rubus species) because of the following characteristics:

  • (Hard to see) outer margins of lora seems to be parallel and directed towards ocelli
  • Wings fumose, veins dark but with light commissure (!)
  • Pronotum, scutellum, vertex and frons yellow(ish) and with black coloration
  • Head (frontal view) without apical spot
  • Head (frontal view) with clear thyridial spots, ocellar spots and discoidal spots
Met vriendelijke groet, Marco de Haas

Dear Marco,
thank you very much for your fast and detailed answer.
So I´ll inscribe the photos with Macropsis fuscula.
