Falcated duck or not?

Alcedo atthis

This one does not seem to be a Falcated duck, it seems to be a hybrid Falcated duck x Eurasian wigeon:

It has a partly bluegrey bill, a broad black neck ring with no white below, and a pinkish hue to the breast.

Even at a distance Falcated has a black bill, a thin black neck ring and a grey patterned breast.

I have added this hybrid to the species list and changed the id. (not yet for the other 2 observations)
