Hello,

I found this Goose in a flock of Greater White-Fronted Geese today. The bird shows an unobvious, pale eye-ring. Besides that, the white front on the head is reaching far. The bill seems quite clear pink, more clear then in the normal Greater White-Fronted Geese. Is Lesser White-fronted involved or is it just a extraordinary Greater White-Fronted Goose?

The head shape looks also more like erythropus to me, this could well be a hybrid between the two whitefronted geese.

Yes, you're right. It's less square and more rounded. Awesome.
