De donkere onderstaartdekveren verraden keizergans invloeden. De bredewitte kol, die ver over de kruin doorloopt en de gele oogring hinten naar dwerggans.

As well as the quite small bill.

so I think the most likely ID is erythropus x canagicus

I can not 100% exclude albifrons x canagicus but I think it ios not very likely, the ones i have seen have a longer bill.

It's not about this hybrid, but dark spots on the undertailfeathers also seems to occur in blue phase snow goose. So the fact that a bird shows dark undertailspots doesn't seem te be an excluding character:

Yes, that is true about blue phase snow geese, and also few hybrids  Canada x (Blue phase?) Snow goose show this feature.

meanwhile , I stumbled over this:

I thought there is not much doubt about the ID? At least it isn´t to me.

The person who sighted it, doesn't respond very quickly to his e-mail, so probably that's the reason. I've now tried it through a different way and hope he'll respond. It's a rare hybrid, I think it's even the first for the Waarneming.nl database.
