receptaculum 0,1 - 0.25mm diam. bekervormig, zittend, op nat, rottend, ontschorst hout, (kan naaldhout zijn). Exipulum grijs met opvallend grijs-witte stevige rechtopstaande hyaline, gladde, dunwandige haren. 70 - 120 x 3 - 5 um. o tot 4 x gesepteerd, meeste 1 tot 2 keer. uitlopend in een spitse punt. Hymenium grijs tot donkergrijs, glad. sporen, sommige lijken te kiemen, sommige gesepteerd, meeste met kleine oliedruppels, 7 - 12 x 2 - 3 um. spoelvormig, cilindrisch tot iets gekromd. asci hyalin, glad, 35 - 45 x 4.5 - 7 um. paraphysen met afgeronde top, c.a. evenlang als asci tot 3 um. dik. Zou ik daar geen bok mee schieten Stip?
Hou er rekening mee dat ik heel edelmoedig ook arie en anneke de R een stuk van het hout heb meegegeven.
En denk jij Stip, dat als ik daar minstens een half a4tje aan wijd, dat jij er met een half regeltje van af kan komen? M.a.w zou jij zo vriendelijk willen zijn je antwoord iets meer te motiveren?
En mag ik aannemen dat die Haplographiumstate een Hyphomyceet betreft waar ze midden in staan?
E & E schijnt daar geen afbeeldingen van te hebben?

alleen al door de kleur van het ding, als je het excipulum zou bekijken zijn de celwanden ook bruin en onregelmatig van dikte. In B&K staat hij trouwens ook nog als Hyaloscypha dematiicola. Ik ben benieuwd waar Anneke en Arie op uitkomen

Vergezeld van conidien-state vlgs B & K Haplographium delicatum. vlgs Landscare Research Haplographium catenatum (Preuss) Hol.-Jech. (1973) = Dematioscypha dematiicola (Berk. & Broome) Svrcek (1977). Vlgs CBS Haplographium catenatum CBS 196.73 Decaying wood, dan is er nog iets als zou Goidanichiella sphaerospora of spp. hetzelfde zijn. ik heb daarvan ergens een afbeelding gezien die met de bijgesloten afbeelding overeenkomt. Conidiophore 530 x 10µm. naar een top van 5 um. laatste 25µm. een hyaline conidienmassa met houder. maw. Scheiße

Pas op met je taalgebruik Grieta kijkt mee!  :angel:
Dit ziet er inderdaad uit als een Haplographium dus ik denk toch dat we goed zitten.
Het hout was uiteraard door witrot aangetast kijk hier maar eens naar

Goidanichiella sphaerospora heb ik nog nooit van gehoord.

"Goidanichiella sphaerospora heb ik nog nooit van gehoord." Dat is je vergeven Stip, je bent ook nog jong, dus dat komt nog wel. Ik heb ook nog even rondgeneust en e.e.a gevonden, kijk maar op Mycobank. Dus heb ik ook nog even weer een paar onder de mic gehad en idd conidien gevonden die exact overeenstemmen, namelijk 4.5 - 6.5 x 1.5 - 2.2 um. Verder heb ik nog een paar conidiophore's gemeten en lijkt me het niet onmogelijk dat ik me de vorige keer misschien ietsje vermeten heb want ik kom nu tot max 240 um. Vorige keer had ik ook geen losse conidien gezien, alleen de conidien massa gehuld in een slijmige laag, zoals op de foto te zien is. Wat mij betreft mag Martin hem wel opnemen in de soortenlijst. Arme jongen, want er zijn er zoveel van.

Er zijn er inderdaad veel! en ook in het veld gericht te zoeken op door witrot aangetast hout (weegt niks) met zwarte vlekken (Haplographium)

Hoi Martin, ik weet niet of dat wel helemaal goed komt, met die Lauriomyces catenatus.
Vlgs de laatste inzichten krijgen de anamorphe stadia dezelfde soortnaam als de Teleomorphe. In de huidige Nederlandse soortenlijst hebben ze (Stip ?) dat vlgs de laatste inzichten gedaan. Hij staat daar in als
590012[/c]Dematioscypha dematiicola imperfect Donker franjekelkje (imp.)
nr 590011 is het perfekte stadium.

In de huidige situatie vlgs. art. 59 of the code of Botanical Nomenclature spreken we over een Pleomorph indien beide morphs bekend zijn. In dat geval houd de Teleomorf zijn goedgekeurde naam. Dus Dematioscypha dematiicola en krijgt de anamorf dezelfde naam als de Teleomorf en vervalt daarmee de oude naam, in dit geval vervalt dan dus Haplographium catenatum wat ik trouwens wel een mooie naam vind voor een meisje.
Maar ik mag het verkeerd zien misschien. Als ik je was zou ik Aldert Gutter even een mailtje sturen, die heeft het waarschijnlijk ingevoerd en hij zal ongetwijfeld weten hoe de nomenclature op dit moment uitgevoerd dient te worden.

Ex. 1. The name Crocicreomyces guttiferae Bat. & Peres (1964) was published for a lichen-forming fungus producing only a mitosporic asexual morph. When it was recognized that C. guttiferae is conspecific with Byssoloma aeruginescens Vezda (1974), based on an ascospore-producing type, and that Crocicreomyces Bat. & Peres (1964) is synonymous with Byssoloma Trevis. (1853), Batista & Peres's epithet was correctly recombined as B. guttiferae (Bat. & Peres) Lücking & Sérus. (1998). As Art. 59 does not apply to lichen-forming fungi, no separate generic or specific names are available for use for the mitosporic state.

59.2. For a binary name to qualify as a name of a holomorph, not only must its type specimen be teleomorphic, but also the protologue must include a description or diagnosis of this morph (or be so phrased that the possibility of reference to the teleomorph cannot be excluded).

59.3. If these requirements are not fulfilled, the name is that of a form-taxon and is applicable only to the anamorph represented by its type, as described or referred to in the protologue. The accepted taxonomic disposition of the type of the name determines the application of the name, no matter whether the genus to which a subordinate taxon is assigned by the author(s) is holomorphic or anamorphic.

59.4. Irrespective of priority, names with a teleomorphic type take precedence over names with an anamorphic type when both types are judged to belong to the same holomorphic taxon.

59.5. The provisions of this article shall not be construed as preventing the publication and use of binary names for form-taxa when it is thought necessary or desirable to refer to anamorphs alone.

Ex. 2. Because the teleomorph of Gibberella stilboides W. L. Gordon & C. Booth (1971) is only known from strains of the anamorph Fusarium stilboides Wollenw. (1924) mating in culture, and has not been found in nature, it may be thought desirable to use the name of the anamorph for the pathogen of Coffea.

Ex. 3. Cummins (1971), in The rust fungi of cereals, grasses and bamboos, found it to be neither necessary nor desirable to introduce new names of anamorphs under Aecidium Pers. : Pers. and Uredo Pers. : Pers., for the aecial and uredinial stages of species of Puccinia Pers. : Pers. of which the telial stage (teleomorph) was known.

Note 1. When not already available, specific or infraspecific names for anamorphs may be proposed at the time of publication of the name for the holomorphic fungus or later. The epithets may, if desired, be identical, as long as they are not in homonymous combinations.

59.6. As long as there is direct and unambiguous evidence for the deliberate introduction of a new morph judged by the author(s) to be correlated with the morph typifying a purported basionym, and this evidence is strengthened by fulfilment of all requirements in Art. 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45  for valid publication of a name of a new taxon, any indication such as "comb. nov." or "nom. nov." is regarded as a formal error, and the name introduced is treated as that of a new taxon, and attributed solely to the author(s) thereof. When only the requirements for valid publication of a new combination (Art. 33 and 34) have been fulfilled, the name is accepted as such and based, in accordance with Art. 7.4, on the type of the declared or implicit basionym.

Ex. 4. The name Penicillium brefeldianum B. O. Dodge (1933), based on teleomorphic and anamorphic material, is a valid and legitimate name of a holomorph, in spite of the attribution of the species to a form-genus. It is legitimately combined in a holomorphic genus as Eupenicillium brefeldianum (B. O. Dodge) Stolk & D. B. Scott (1967). P. brefeldianum is not available for use in a restricted sense for the anamorph alone.

Ex. 5. The name Ravenelia cubensis Arthur & J. R. Johnst. (1918), based on a specimen bearing only uredinia (an anamorph), is a valid and legitimate name of an anamorph, in spite of the attribution of the species to a holomorphic genus. It is legitimately combined in a form-genus as Uredo cubensis (Arthur & J. R. Johnst.) Cummins (1956). R. cubensis is not available for use inclusive of the teleomorph.

Ex. 6. Mycosphaerella aleuritidis was published as "(Miyake) Ou comb. nov., syn. Cercospora aleuritidis Miyake" but with a Latin diagnosis of the teleomorph. The indication "comb. nov." is taken as a formal error, and M. aleuritidis S. H. Ou (1940) is accepted as a validly published new specific name for the holomorph, typified by the teleomorphic material described by Ou.

Ex. 7. Corticium microsclerotium was originally published as "(Matz) Weber, comb. nov., syn. Rhizoctonia microsclerotia Matz" with a description, only in English, of the teleomorph. Because of Art. 36, this may not be considered as the valid publication of the name of a new species, and so C. microsclerotium (Matz) G. F. Weber (1939) must be considered a validly published and legitimate new combination based on the specimen of the anamorph that typifies its basionym. C. microsclerotium G. F. Weber (1951), published with a Latin description and a teleomorphic type, is an illegitimate later homonym.

Ex. 8. Hypomyces chrysospermus Tul. (1860), presented as the name of a holomorph without the indication "comb. nov." but with explicit reference to Mucor chrysospermus (Bull.) Recommendation 59A

59A.1. When a new morph of a fungus is described, it should be published either as a new taxon (e.g., gen. nov., sp. nov., var. nov.) the name of which has a teleomorphic type, or as a new anamorph (anam. nov.) the name of which has an anamorphic type.

ff engels leren gaat veel sneller dan alles vertalen. woordenboekje erbij en klaar is Kees.

Wat ook gemakkelijk is, "open Google, in de balk boven de letters google zie je een aantal mogelijkheden, het begint met "Het Internet"en eindigt met meer". Open meer en je ziet in het lijstje bovenaan "vertaling" verschijnen. Open vertaling en kopier de te vertalen tekst, plak dat in het grootte witte vlak in waar boven staat "Voer tekst of een webpagina- URL in of...... Zet in de 2 keuze vakjes eronder ook nog even de gewenste talen, dus bovenste vakje Ëngels"en onderstevakje "Nederlands"en druk op de knop rechts van "Vertaal". Nu verschijnt je vertaling van het Engels naar het Nederlands. Ga naar de onderkant van de vertaling, daar staat in het blauw + Een beter vertaling bijdragen. Klik er op en in een 2regelig schermpje verschijnt de tekst opnieuw maar nu bewerkbaar en dus ook kopieerbaar. Kopieer de tekst dmv je linkermuisknop ingedrukthouden en over de tekst naar beneden scrollen. Je hebt de tekst nu gekopieerd onder je knop zitten. Open een nieuw Word document en plak de tekst erin. Je hebt nu de hele pagina gekopieerde en prachtig in Word staan zodat je wer meer kan doen wat je wil. Corrigeren, foto's erbij plakken, net wat je wil.

Voor Martin heb ik nog even een stukje gescand uit een net nieuw uitgekomen leerboek over de mycologie waarin het Pleomorfisme en de naamgeving ook nog even zijn behandeld.

PLEOMORPHISM
Asexual (imperfect) and sexual (perfect) states often occur in the development of one species and their names are ruled by Article 59 of the Code of Botanical Nomenclature. The terms teleomorph (perfect state, ascigerous or basidial or meiosporic form of sporulation) and anamorph (imperfect state, conidial or mitosporic form of sporulation) are now generally used (Hennebert & Weresub 1977). The name of a teleomorph includes all
the anamorph(s) and thus applies to the whole fungus (holomorph) but there are also "holomorphic anamorph" taxa, which have permanently lost the capacity of sexual propagation. Spermatial synanamorphs can occur in a number of ascomycetous holomorphs, together with other anamorphs, e.g. Asteromella in Mycosphaerella, Leptodothiorella in Guignaridia and Botryosphaeria, Myrioconium in many Sclerotiniaeeae, Proteophiala in anamorphs of Melanospora and related genera. If the teleomorph of a fungus is discovered after its anamorph, it need not be published as a new species, but the anamorph can simply be epityfipied. Species names of teleomorphs have preference over anamorph names, and if a single names is chosen for a taxon, this should be taken into consideration when choosing the oldest basionym

Anamorphs may be named by cross-referencing, e.g. Bipolaris anamorph of Coehliobolus sativus (but Bipolaris sorokiniana can also be used for this fungus). The name of the anamorph refers to the imperfect fraction of the fungus only (Art. 59); it should be used in any case for those anamorphs, where the teleomorph conneetion is equivocal (e.g. Alternaria alternata, Botrytis cinerea
or Fusarium solani are known to be species aggregates, sometimes connected to several distinct teleomorphs).
Fungi having different anamorphs (synanamorphs) may even be given different anamorph-names in the appropriate genera, e.g. Echinobotryum atrum is the aleurioconidial form of the annellidic Doratomyces stemonitis (Hennebert 1971, 1978, Hennebert & Weresub 1977).
This should be discouraged, however, and when possible, a single name should be used per organism, regardless of the various morphs that it may exhibit under different culture and environmental conditions.

NAME CHANGES
Name changes are often necessary, particularly when induced by an improved understanding of taxonomy (e.g. molecular methods). This has led to a bad reputation of taxonomy. Much effort is now spent to keep name changes to a minimum. Names of well-known genera and genera with numerous species but also of important species can be conserved when they are threatened by older, disused or confused names. Lists of NOMENCLATURA protected names, nomina conservanda, and of formally rejected names, nomina rejicienda, are compiled. The Committee for Fungal nomenclature first discusses and votes on proposals to conserve or reject names; then the decision is ratified by the next Botanical Congress and entered in the respective appendix of the "Code". Well-known generic names, as Alternaria, Hypoxylon, Marasmius, Pholiota, Pleurotus, Xylaria, are nomina conservanda, while some older names for the same fungi have become nomina rejicienda. The names Sclerotinia,
Rhizoctonia
and Verticillium have been conserved with particular types in order to assure the application as commonly used. Aspergillus niger and Penicillium chrysogenum are nomina specifica conservanda, while Tolypoelodium intlatum has been saved by rejection of the older Pachybasium niveum, a name resurrected only by neotypification.

je kunt ook in toolsbar van google de sidewiki openen, en daarbij onderaan vertalen aanvinken.

Daarna kun je in de rechter bovenhoek Engels altijd vertalen aanvinken. Op deze manier hoef je niets te kopieren.

:o hier krijg ik grijze haren van, wat je zegt klopt geloof ik wel wat betreft de naam van de anamorph die de naam van de teleomorph krijgt, maar ik dacht dat dit alleen voor nieuw gevonden imperfecte combinaties gold.
maar dan zou de Genusnaam dacht ik wel blijven zodat het b.v. Haplographium dematiicola zou worden.
Maar het is niet echt practisch denk ik om dit op Waarneming te doen, handiger is het om net als in de GB de soort met een imperfecte vorm erbij op te nemen zoals nu ook met Nectria cinnabarina gedaan wordt.
Of het oranje brandnetelschijfje van Gert Calloria neglecta met imp. Cylinderocolla urticae wat hij nu vond.
Maar het is trouwens zinloos om Aldert hierover te contacteren   want hij kan hier ook niets aan veranderen bovendien is dergelijke botanische nomenclatuur niet zijn bissniss maar van de wetenschappelijke commissie
Aldert voert bovendien alleen nieuwe soorten in en brengt geen naamswijzigingen aan die zijn gekoppeld aan de GB die de komende jaren wel gereviseerd gaat worden
maar ik geloof dat deze botanische nomenclatuur het forum een beetje voorbij schiet
