This one does not seem to be a Falcated duck, it seems to be a hybrid Falcated duck x Eurasian wigeon:

It has a partly bluegrey bill, a broad black neck ring with no white below, and a pinkish hue to the breast.
compare with Falcated at a distance:

Even at a distance Falcated has a black bill, a thin black neck ring and a grey patterned breast.

Hi,
The observers also think it's a hybrid Falcated Duck x Eurasian Wigeon:
http://waarneming.nl/soort/view/798?from=2...08-02-25&prov=1 (http://waarneming.nl/soort/view/798?from=2000-01-01&to=2009-02-05&species=798&prov=1&from=2008-02-01&to=2008-02-25&prov=1)
Ah, yes---now i found the comment! Thanks.
I have added this hybrid to the species list and changed the id. (not yet for the other 2 observations)
