I linked a hybrid which in my opinion is not a cross between 2 species, but one between 3 different species (Meaning a hybrid of 2 species crossed with a 3rd species).

To give you my thoughts: In my opinion this bird has features of hybrids Mallard x Teal and also  Mallard x Pintail

Note: The scapulars, back and tertials can be much browner in hybrids mallard x teal  than on the drawing.
