I don't think it's Symphyta, Ingrid. The antennae in these photos have far too many segments. Symphyta only have 10-12 if I remember rightly.

I have no expertise with Ichneumonidae but the photos of Exenterus abruptorius look promising.

Exenterus sp. is certainly right. C. amictorius could be an option indeed - it looks distinctive, but I have no personal experience with this species.
