But I often have failures in breeding of sawflies. :rolleyes:
I also have often failures. But since I started with breeding sawflies a few years ago, more often I get imagos from univoltien species. To have enough patience is a challenge. And when some species come through the winter succesfully, I am more confident that the conditions for other overlaying cocons is good as well. It is a process of try and error. And when there are more breeders, we can learn from and use the experiences of each other.
